Terms and Conditions - Viltband Webshop
1. General
These terms and conditions apply between you as a customer and Vilt Band when you shop on our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Prices
The products we offer at the moment are a limited special release edition.
Products will then be shipped the week after the Vinyl release (the week after November 30th 2024).
All prices are stated in SEK, including VAT, and are valid until further notice. We reserve the right for any typographical errors, price changes, and items being out of stock.
Shipping costs will be added on top of the price and you will see them on the checkout page.
3. Payment
We offer payment via credit card via Stripe. All payment information is handled securely and confidentially through our payment partner.
4. Shipping
- Within Sweden:
We ship your order the week after the vinyl release ie. the week following November 30th 2024. Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days depending on the shipping company and destination. - Shipping Cost: The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
- Shipping Damage: Please pay attention to the condition of your delivery on its arrival. It can be opened while witnessed by the postman. Don’t accept any damaged or pre-opened packages – otherwise you accept the receipt of the undamaged delivery in silence (if in doubt, note the name of the postman or employee of shipping).
- Shipping outside of Sweden:
Shipping is only available in Sweden at the moment.
If you are in a country outside of Sweden you have to contact us before you order any products so that we can calculate the shipping cost before you decide to buy from us.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
According to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your item.
- Returns: The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
Contact us at shop@viltband.com to register your return and receive further instructions. - Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Complaints
If an item is defective or if we have delivered the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days at shop@viltband.com. We will cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.
